Full-Day Desert Safari with Jodhpur Heritage

The journey begins with visits to the mighty Mehrangarh Fort, offering grand palaces, courtyards, and sweeping city views, followed by the serene Jaswant Thada, a marble memorial known as the “Taj Mahal of Marwar.” At Mandore Gardens, once the capital of Marwar, you’ll discover historic temples, cenotaphs, and lush gardens. From here, the road leads into the Thar Desert, where our family greets you at our homestay with chai and snacks. Then set off into the golden dunes for a camel safari, jeep safari, or both, with chances to spot deer, blue bull, and peacocks. As the sun sets, return to a cozy bonfire under the stars. On request, enjoy vibrant folk music and dance, before ending with a traditional wood-fired Rajasthani dinner. The day concludes with a drop back to Jodhpur, filled with memories of history, culture, and the desert’s timeless charm.
