• From just a few feet away, you see the elephants enjoy a mud bath, observe their social behaviors, and get insight into how the nursery prepares them for an eventual return to the wild.

• Expert keepers share the rescue story and recovery journey of each calf and explain the Trust’s work in anti-poaching, mobile veterinary units, and habitat preservation across Kenya.

• You have the option on site to support the mission further by “adopting” an orphaned elephant and receiving regular progress updates from the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

• Your entry for the viewing session at David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage is included in your tour entry fees, while the separate entry donation to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust of approximately 20 USD or 2,000 KES is paid directly by you.
