From Dijon : Morning Côte de Nuits and tasting

09:00AM : Your guide meets you at Saint-Bénigne Cathedral, just minutes from Dijon city centre and train station. Aboard an air-conditioned minibus, you head south along the legendary Route des Grands Crus into the heart of the Côte de Nuits.

The centrepiece of the half-day is a visit to a hand-picked partner domaine. In the intimacy of the cellar, you taste 4 to 5 wines — from village appellations to Premier Crus — while your guide walks you through the techniques and traditions that have made Burgundy famous the world over.

01:00PM : You then continue with a panoramic stop at Clos de Vougeot, where a medieval château rises from a sea of ancient vines. Your guide brings the history of these exceptional terroirs to life — the geology, the appellations, and the winemakers behind them. Return to Saint-Bénigne Cathedral at the end of the session.
