See the Utah Milky Way for the first time. Our knowledgeable guides will help you learn about constellations as you gaze at the crystal-clear night sky. After being taught you also have the opportunity to see the stars through our powerful telescope. Many groups get to witness a shooting star as a bonus!
Note: this tour requires a short 5-10 minute walk up a soft dirt path, with slight incline. If unable to complete this walk, please contact us ahead of time so we can plan to transport you to the top.
In fall and winter months, be prepared for cold weather! Make sure you bring hats, gloves, coats, etc. to keep you warm while you enjoy the tour.

Zion National Park is a dark sky area, allowing for an incredible stargazing experience. This tour takes place just outside the eastern border of the national park, elevated above the surrounding communities.
Please check in at the desk in our recreation barn. The barn is the tall building behind the main lodge at Zion Ponderosa.
