Experience Locorotondo and its countryside on a guided e-bike tour through panoramic views, traditions and authentic local flavors. You’ll ride through the narrow streets of the historic center, among lime-whitewashed houses, traditional small shops and views over the Itria Valley.

Then you’ll immerse yourself in the countryside, among vineyards, dry-stone walls and Mediterranean scents, enjoying an easy ride thanks to pedal assistance.

The special moment is the visit to a historic olive oil mill, where you’ll discover the key steps of extra virgin olive oil production: from pruning and harvesting to pressing, between traditional methods and modern techniques, including cold extraction.

You’ll finish with a guided tasting, including oil made from red olives, learning how to recognize its aromas and main characteristics.
