This tour explores the Indian River Lagoon, one of North America’s most ecologically diverse estuaries. Paddling in a clear kayak or on a paddleboard offers a rare vantage point to observe dolphins, manatees (seasonal), stingrays, fish, and other marine life around and beneath you.
The lagoon supports thousands of species, making every outing a dynamic wildlife experience. While sightings are never guaranteed, dolphins are frequently seen here and manatees are commonly spotted during seasonal movements.
Unlike motorized tours, this small-group paddle allows for a quieter, more natural wildlife encounter. Calm waters make it beginner-friendly, and small children can ride with an adult on our larger clear kayaks or stable paddleboards.
This close-to-the-water perspective and guided interpretation create one of the most immersive ways to experience Florida’s coastal ecosystem.
Paddle through calm waters as you search for bottlenose dolphins gliding nearby and gentle manatees surfacing in their natural habitat. This biodiverse estuary is home to stingrays, horseshoe crabs, fish, and a variety of native birds. Your knowledgeable guide shares insight into the lagoon’s ecosystem throughout the tour. Choose from clear single kayaks, clear tandem kayaks, or paddleboards for a personalized experience. Transparent vessels provide unique underwater views while you enjoy open coastal scenery. Sunset departures include subtle LED lighting to softly illuminate the water beneath your vessel as the sky shifts into evening colors. This guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and includes safety instruction, life vests, paddles, dry bags, and complimentary photos. Beginner- and family-friendly.
