What you'll do

Spend your day along the Caribbean coast of Mahahual with an all-inclusive beach
experience for relaxing, swimming, eating, and enjoying the water at your own pace. If you selected transportation, meet your driver just outside Costa Maya Port for the short ride to the beach. Pickup is one hour after your cruise arrives at port, with the earliest pickup at 9:00 AM Ship Time. Guests without transportation can make their own way to the beach club. Settle into your guaranteed lounge chair under a palapa or umbrella and make the day your own. Relax with a cold piña colada, take a swim, or simply stretch out and enjoy the Caribbean view. Throughout your stay, enjoy a full open bar and a wide selection of freshly prepared food, with plenty of choices for lunch. With no fixed activity schedule, you can eat, swim, have another drink, or simply enjoy your time at the beach. For guests with transportation, your beach day concludes with the short return ride toward Costa Maya Port.

MEETING & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS Your meeting point is just outside the main exit of the Costa Maya cruise port compound.

Walk through the port shopping area and leave through the main exit. Once outside, look for your taxi driver, Gabriel or Ruth, near a welcome board displaying your name. Confirm your reservation name with them before boarding your taxi to Nohoch Kay Beach Club.

Allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your ship’s gangway to the meeting point.

PICKUP TIME Your pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, but no earlier than 9:00 AM ship time.

Please make your way to the meeting point with enough time to be ready for pickup.

CRUISE INFORMATION Please provide your cruise ship’s name and arrival time at the time of booking. If you have not provided this information, contact us as soon as possible.

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS If you have not received your meeting instructions 24 hours before your tour, please contact us.

IMPORTANT Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. If your cruise ship does not call at Costa Maya Port, you will receive a full refund.
