What to bring

• Sun protection (hat, sunscreen) and a water bottle are recommended for outdoor areas such as Al Masar Garden.
What’s not allowed
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi
• Outside food and beverages, ice coolers, cold boxes, glass items, and potentially hazardous items (i.e., weapons, knives, etc.) are not allowed inside the parks.
• Pets, except for service animals (in special cases), are not permitted.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior approval.
• Strict dress code: Suitable for a family theme park and in keeping with the culture and values of the United Arab Emirates.
• Most rides at the park will have height, age, and weight restrictions.
Zayed National Museum
• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museum for security reasons.
• Sharp objects, weapons, and items that could be used as weapons are strictly prohibited.
• Food and drinks not for personal consumption, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted.
• Professional media, photography, and recording equipment are not allowed. Photography is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Recreational transport (bicycles, skateboards, scooters), large umbrellas, animals (except registered service animals), and items producing excessive noise are not allowed.
• Items, clothing, or banners containing religious, political, provocative, or obscene content are prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted except in designated areas.
• Any objects or materials considered disruptive, dangerous, or contrary to the proper operation of the museum are not allowed.

• The park is wheelchair and stroller-accessible, though some rides may have restrictions based on health conditions.
• Wheelchairs are available for rent free of charge; strollers can be rented for a small fee.
• Accessible parking spaces are conveniently located near the mall entrance.
Zayed National Museum
• The museum is wheelchair accessible, with stair-free routes and lift access throughout the building.
• Accessible restrooms and cloakrooms are available on site.
• Tours in Emirati sign language are available upon request.
• Staff are trained to assist visitors with disabilities and hidden needs.

• An adult must accompany children under the age of 12.
• For the 2-day pass, activate within 9 months of purchase; once you visit the first park, you must use the second visit within 6 days.
Zayed National Museum
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• The museum operates a timed-entry system; entry begins from 10am with the last slot at 6pm.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi, prayer rooms, cloakrooms, and an ATM are available for visitors.
• Free parking is available on site.
• Some areas may feature flash lighting, loud noises, or other stimulating media—visitors sensitive to these should take caution.
• Free admission is available for children under 18, people of determination and their companions, UAE-based seniors aged 60 and above, journalists on assignment, and ICOM/ICOMOS members (valid ID required).
• Meals and drinks are available for purchase at the main cafe; retail purchases are available at museum shops.
