Cisternino e-bike tour. Visit a winery and an oil mill

You can join with your own e-bike at no extra cost, or reserve an e-bike ready on site for €45, payable locally. Winery and olive oil mill visits, plus an aperitif/tasting with local products and three glasses of wine, are optional and paid on site (€13). Unless you communicate otherwise when booking, e-bikes and the tasting will be considered reserved for all participants. Start from Cisternino, a romantic hilltop village counted among Italy’s most beautiful towns, and after a short ride through its lanes, enter the Itria Valley countryside among dry-stone walls, vineyards and olive groves.

A local escort manages the route, stops and assistance, keeping a relaxed pace. The route leads to a special place where a winery and olive oil mill coexist: you’ll discover how grapes become wine and how olives become extra virgin olive oil.
