Transportation provided in this activity is "shared." Meaning that each hotel has an assigned time and place for your pickup.
Our pickups cover MOST OF THE HOTELS in Cancun and Riviera Maya. AirBnB's or other addresses, will be directed to the nearest MEETING POINT to your location.
If you're staying in Isla Mujeres or Cozumel, please note that we do not offer service on these islands. You will need to take a ferry to the mainland and reach the assigned meeting point.
If you've been assigned a meeting point, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation to reach it. In most cases, the meeting point is within walking distance.
