We will be picking you up from your hotel and take you to our vineyard through a picturesque road. When you arrive at the vineyard you will drive or if you prefer walk through the olive orchards and vineyard to our restaurant to taste authentic recipes from centuries-old heritage from 3000 BC to today, hear their stories and share a table with like-minded food enthusiasts worldwide. This special dining event is limited to 12 people on every thursday. After enjoying a tasting menu paired with our wines, with our chef accompanying you on the table we will be taking you back to your hotels with great memories.

What you'll do

An immersive, sensory food experience ‘from estate to plate’ – hosted by Chef As
li Mutlu, member of Slow Food Cook’s Alliance Enjoy an eight course chef’s menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients, grown and produced either on the estate or by local farmers, neighbors and friends. All ingredients are traceable and ethically produced. Some of the ingredients are Slow Food Ark of Taste produce. Each course is conceived and crafted to perfectly complement the wine. A personally guided tour of the Roman replica cellar at Karnas Vineyards will be offered by our chef. Availability is limited to 12 guests every Thursday, from 6pm to 10 pm. Dress code is smart casual. This is an adult only offer.
