What you'll do

During this private, interactive 1.5 hour class, you'll learn the techniques tha
t professionals use to slice and style meats, cheeses and fruits for a stunning and delicious charcuterie creation. You will leave with your own personal mini board and all the tricks to wow your friends and family at your next gathering. This is a fun and relaxing workshop where we can practice, play and, most importantly, eat! This intimate and casual class is hosted in my home (South Lake Tahoe location provided via text after booking) where you are welcome to BYOB (wine, beer, etc.). For larger events, I can come to to your home, hotel, office or event space. Simply specify location when you book. This workshop is perfect for team building and corporate events and groups larger than nine. Contact us to learn more. This activity is fun for all ages! Children are welcome. Infants and children under five who would like to help their parents make a board may attend for free.
