On arrival at Cenotes Casa Tortuga, head to the lobby and present your reservation. You then receive wristbands for your group and are assigned a certified professional guide. After a short orientation, you move toward the cenote area, where life jackets are distributed before beginning the guided route.

You spend your visit inside the Cenotes Casa Tortuga park, exploring the crystal-clear waters of five distinct cenotes in the Mayan jungle. The route links three open cenotes and two semi-open cenotes, creating a continuous water-focused experience.
