osta da Caparica, the basic principles of Surfing, paddling techniques, positioning on the board, stand up and safety techniques will be covered by experienced and fun instructors, in a totally safe and controlled environment for approximately 90 minutes. This will be the perfect way to introduce you to the world of surfing in Portugal.
The meeting point is at Praia do Dragão Vermelho at Lisbon Surf & SUP SurfSchool, located 15 minutes from the center of Lisbon.
