Soon after, you’ll arrive at Cai Rang Floating Market, the largest and liveliest market in the Mekong Delta. Your guide will explain the fascinating history of this unique river-based trading hub and its importance to local life. Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese breakfast on the boat — choose between a steaming bowl of noodle soup, a warm Bánh Mì, or soft Bánh Bao, just like the locals.

We then head deeper into the Delta on a traditional boat to experience the authentic daily life of the Mekong people. Along the way, enjoy freshly cut pineapple right on the river and feel the rhythm of life on the water. Next, explore a family-run rice noodle workshop. Learn how locals turn rice into paper, then into noodles, using age-old methods passed down through generations.
