Getting started

After you check in for your 2.5-hour Belgian chocolate workshop in Brussels, your instructor introduces the session and outlines the steps you will follow. You then move to your workstation and get set up with everything needed for tempering and confection work. Once everyone is ready, the practical chocolate-making begins.
