It is located 21 nautical miles south of Beihai city in the Gulf of Tonkin, an arm of the south of China sea. With about 6km from north to south and 5km from east to west, the island covers a land areaof about 25 square kilometers. During the afternoon, you will visit the Drippy Rock. So names for a set of cliffs that drip water for a long time after a downpour.This is also the location of some nice beaches and beachside eateries. Shiluokou is located on the western coast of Weizhou Island. It's long sandy beach,clear waters and coral reefs havemade it the most famous beach on Weizhou. You can jump into the water to swim at any moment. And then head to The Catholic Cathedral which in the middle of Shengtang village was built in 1853 by French missionaries. It is made of coral sedimentary rocks from the sea bottom and bulit in Neo-Gothic style. After the lunch, you can also visit the Saint Maria Church and south Bay Seafood Market.
