Complimentary pickup and drop-off are available from hotels in Zhangjiajie city center and Wulingyuan, as well as Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport (DYG) and Zhangjiajie West Railway Station.

Please provide your hotel name and address, or your flight/train number and arrival time, when booking. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by 8:00 PM on the day before the tour.

For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. At the airport or railway station, your guide will meet you at the agreed meeting point while holding a sign with your name.

At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at the original pickup point unless another location within the free pickup area is agreed in advance.
