3 Day Desert Tour from Zagora to Erg Chigaga Dunes and Camel Trek

Depart from Zagora around 13:00 by private 4×4, traveling toward M’hamid via Tizi Anagame and Ben Selmane. Continue off-road for approximately two hours, crossing remote desert landscapes to reach the impressive dunes of Erg Chigaga. Arrive before sunset and enjoy time to relax, explore the dunes, and admire the changing colors of the desert. In the evening, savor a traditional dinner at the camp, followed by Berber music, campfire ambiance, and stargazing.

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring the Sahara. Set out on a camel trek from the camp, walk among the tallest dunes, and experience the vast silence of the desert. Lunch is included at the camp. Later, you may enjoy a short 4×4 ride or relax until sunset. Return to the camp for dinner, music, and another peaceful night under the stars.

Wake early to witness a magical sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast. Begin the return journey toward Zagora, traveling off-road through the Draa Valley. Stop in Tamagroute to visit the historic Quranic Library, home to ancient manuscripts. Continue to Zagora, arriving around midday.
