2-Day Private Jordan Tour: Petra, Wadi Rum & Dead Sea from Amman

Depart from Amman and travel south to the legendary Nabataean city of Petra, the famous Red Rose City and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Located about 225 km (139 miles) from Amman, Petra was carved into rose-colored rock over 2,000 years ago along ancient trade routes. Explore Petra’s highlights, including ancient streets, dams, and water channels. Walk through the dramatic Siq before reaching the iconic Treasury (Al-Khazneh). Continue to landmarks such as the Monastery (Ad-Deir) and the Altar of Sacrifice, offering stunning views. In the afternoon, continue to the breathtaking desert of Wadi Rum, the Valley of the Moon, known for its vast landscapes and cinematic scenery. Spend the night at a traditional Bedouin camp under the stars. Please note: Admission fees are not included.

Wadi Rum is a breathtaking desert landscape where massive, uniquely shaped mountains rise from the rosy-red sands. Towering cliffs in shades of brown, red, and gold create a surreal and otherworldly panorama that feels almost untouched by time. After exploring Wadi Rum, continue to the Dead Sea—one of the most extraordinary natural wonders on Earth. As the lowest point on the planet, the Dead Sea is famous for its hypersaline waters, where no fish can survive and swimmers can float effortlessly. Its shimmering surface, glowing under the desert sun, is rich in minerals known for their therapeutic properties. Admission is NOT Free
