Panoramic Trekking to the Black Edge

The 4x4 vehicle ride to the start of the trail is approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Punta Negra Dyke, we will leave the van and get ready to start the trekking full of contrasts. We travel part of a typical forest landscape of the Cuenna region until we reach strange white geoforms, which emerge from the mountain as aligned ridges highly eroded, generating very attractive figures and formations. After touring these, which will also give us a stunning view of the Valley of Zonda and Ullúm along with its namesake lake, we will dive into a narrow gulch in constant ascents until we reach the point where we will all be amazed, a cutting edge that will give us a more than impressive view of Lake Punta Negra, Quebrada and Cerro de La Sal.
