Mushroom Tour from Mexico City

We´ll visit the forests of this magical town, where we´ll walk and enjoy the landscape, the trees, the animals, the sounds, and we´ll know and collect edible mushrooms. It´s a fantastic world, there are of many colors, sizes and flavors... A Biologist accompanies us to identify toxic and hallucinogenic mushrooms to take pictures. (We don´t collect these kind of mushrooms). We´ll walk in the downtown to get others ingredients like zuchini flower, quelites and we´ll know the hongueras; women who collect mushrooms all the mornings in the forests and are the experts to select the best mushrooms. In the afternoon we visit a local family, where we learn to cook our mushrooms in a traditional way. Before come back, We'll enjoy a delicious dish!
