Make original accessories with Mizuhiki, experience Kanazawa's traditional craft

Let's make your original accessories with using Mizuhiki! In this workshop, you can make accessories such as earrings and necklace. Mizuhiki accessories are light and it matches with many types of outfits. You can put it on and take it home, so no room in your luggage is needed. Mizuhiki accessories are also very popular as a gift from Japan(Kanazawa) to friends or family. You can pick your favorite colors from more than 50 different colors of Mizuhiki. *What is Mizuhiki? Mizuhiki is one of the traditional crafts in Kanazawa and is made with paper string. Traditionally, Mizuhiki is used for celebrations such as engagement and marriage. It is believed that Mizuhiki brings you good luck. Reservation is needed. *Payments/reservations We are open on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays. Basic course is earrings and a necklace. Other options are a brooch or a hair accessory. Please make a reservation by two days prior. We only accept a payment with a credit card through TripAdvisor. You will be working on a detailed job, so please bring glasses if you need. Capacity is from 2 to 4 people. (Mizuhiki may be too difficult for children under 10 years old)
