When you arrive the venue, you will experience the daily life of a local Japanese mom—where a compact kitchen is transformed into a hub of culinary creativity for the family—is truly the essence of travel. In this class, participants learn about ingredients and cooking methods while actually cooking together. We will make Kobe-Beef Sukiyaki with Handmade Udon! Savor the luxurious taste of Kobe beef, cooked to perfection in a rich, savory sukiyaki broth. You’ll also learn to make traditional Japanese udon noodles from scratch—the perfect complement to your hot pot. This experience blends premium ingredients, culture, and craftsmanship into one delicious memory. The instructor is a local who grew up eating Japanese home cooking every day. She is a certified dietary education instructor and has over 5 years of experience teaching cooking since 2020. Please tell us on booking if you have any food allergies or restrictions.
