Our intermediate caving course offers an immersive, hands-on experience for those looking to push their caving skills. You’ll also go deeper into larger cave systems, navigating narrow squeezes and technical crawls, which require both physical and mental focus. Unlike show caves, you'll experience real wild caving in natural, rugged systems.

As you tackle these challenging elements, you’ll also navigate narrow squeezes and difficult crawls, refining your caving skills in more demanding terrain. This course is perfect for those wanting to push their limits and develop their caving techniques. We meet at 9:30 am in the Castleton Visitor Centre car park. From there, the caves we use are around a five-minute drive away. You may spot one of our Dolomite Training-branded vehicles—simply follow us for the short drive to the cave we’ve chosen for the day.
