Once your pizza is prepared, it's time to shift gears and dive into the dessert course—gelato. Our chefs will guide you through each step of the gelato-making process, from selecting fresh ingredients to mastering churning techniques. Creating gelato is both an art and a science, allowing you to add your own personal touch while learning about the methods that give this dessert its unique texture and taste.
