A private experience for real foodies, guided by a certified expert, to discover
the seasonal dairy goodness and cold cuts of Puglia, but also other small precious works of excellence such as closed supply chain pickles and seafood preserves. Listen to stories of cheesemakers and butchers with animals in the wild or use recipes without preservatives or tradition. Taste baked goods made from ancient grains with direct maturation or sourdough also in combination with honey from small beekeepers, an expression of Italian and Apulian floral biodiversity. Enjoy seasonal vegetables and fruits and oil and dessert pairings in the comfort of a gourmet lounge. A truly exclusive sensory experience and only for a few. It is also possible to request the experience at other times or with vegetarian or non-alcoholic options or for lactose intolerant (no allergic). Not suitable for those with gluten problems.

Tasting Lab is located a few blocks from Via Sparano and the station. For those coming by car I recommend parking within the previous block which has an hourly cost of 1 euro / hour and is free after 8.30 pm or at the Autosilo in Piazza Cesare Battisti (cost 1.90 euro / hour)
