The tour and tasting will introduce you to the oenological techniques of making wine in the city. it is a particular, curious and unusual experience: you will be the protagonist and we will guide you towards knowledge in a different way: wine is conviviality. our goal is to introduce you to our decidedly unusual philosophy, and we are sure you will love it! we are waiting for you!
You will see the different types of wine vessels we use: steel tanks, amphora and barrique and the aging techniques. You will be able to discover the daily activities we do to obtain our wines and then you will be able to taste 4 different wines with a platter of matching typical products. The experience will last approximately 1.30 hours. What will you do: - Visit to the production area of the winery - Tasting of 4 wines - Explanation of the vinification process and concept - Tasting of typical products
