Directly from your accommodation in Lucca or Pisa we will spend a wonderful day away from big crowds. We will visit 2 amazing areas, Volterra known for its incredible location and ancient architecture and Bolgheri, charming villages surrounded by the best wineries in our Country! This is a great tour to have an introduction to our history and culture, enjoying amazing scenarios and countryside. Upon request you might opt for a visit to a winery for wine tastings (cost of the winery is not included in our rate and will have to be paid directly on spot!)
Volterra, Italy
We will drive to the ancient village of Volterra, in the Tuscan countryside where you will have time to explore it, shopping in the famous Alabaster shops, leather and more! Walk the narrow streets of this enchanting village to admire its incredible architecture. A must when visiting Tuscany!
Bolgheri, Italy
From Volterra we will drive to Bolgheri where we will stop for lunch in one of the local restaurants. Bolgheri is one of the smallest villages you will ever see but with unique charm. Try the famous Bolgheri wines, some of the best in the World. You will love it!
