Special Route on October 31 – Halloween Due to Halloween traffic restrictions in Shibuya, tours starting after 3:00 PM will not pass Shibuya Scramble Crossing on the regular 60-minute course (Harajuku – Shinjuku – Shibuya).
Important Information All drivers must have a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention by an official organization in their country.
Please bring your original IDP and passport on the day. Copies, photos, or fake/non-official permits are not accepted.
If you forget or bring an invalid permit, you cannot join and no refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
