Swimming lessons

My name is Melody, I am 39 years old and I am the mother of a 5-year-old boy. Lifeguard graduated 15 years ago. Swimming Things to do but also the State Artistic Gymnastics Certificate and a Master's Degree in Physical and Mental Preparation and Sport Management obtained at the STAPS in Dijon. I am up to date with my First Aid Diploma (PSE1). In 2022, I received the label "Aquatic ease" following my participation in the training as a coach set up by the Ministry of Sports and the ICARE institute to fight against drowning. At the end of 2023 I was able to complete my training and obtain the status of Aquatic Fluency Instructor (trainer of trainers).
