Additional Pickup Details
Airport Pickup: Upon arrival at Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport (LVI), please proceed to the Arrivals Hall after collecting your luggage. Your driver will be waiting near the main exit doors, holding a sign with your name for easy recognition.
Hotel Pickup: If you are being collected from your hotel, please be ready at the main entrance or reception area at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Flight Monitoring: We monitor all flights, so if your flight is delayed, don’t worry — your driver will still be there to meet you.
Contact: If you are unable to find your driver, please call or WhatsApp the number provided on your booking confirmation for immediate assistance.
