We'll go on a brewery tour where you'll see the brewing technology, an exhibit about beer production and the cellars where you'll get to taste the best beer in the world. At the end there is a gift shop where you can buy souvenirs. We will join the tour at 2:30pm. Admission 380 CZK.
They offer traditional Czech dishes, but international cuisine is available too. We'll have about 1 hour for lunch (not included in the tour price).
The construction of the church dedicated to the patron saint of Pilsen, St. Bartholomew, began with the foundation of the town (1295) and was completed in the early 16th century. In 1993, when Pope John Paul II established a diocese in Plzeň, the Church of St. Bartholomew became a cathedral. Free entry to the church, entrance to the tower is paid (not included, 90 CZK). Opening times: working days 10am-6pm, weekends and holidays 1pm-6pm. Alternatively it is possible to visit the synagogue.
