A different aperitif, made to learn how to prepare delicious aperitifs and to meet new people. You cook, eat and chat all together. The recipes will give us the opportunity to share travel experiences because they come from different parts of the world, where the chef has learned them on the spot during her thousand trips. And while chatting, after cooking, you taste the dishes with good wine to match. In short, you will leave the experience satiated with food and enriched with new knowledge both culinary and personal
worry: no special skills are required because you will cook all together under the expert guidance of the chef and/or his qualified staff, so it's fine even if you have never weighed flour. Waiting for all guests to arrive you will be collected in the cozy dining room (yes yes you read it right, there is not only the kitchen) with a small welcome buffet made of sweet and savory snacks, drinks, tea and coffee. You will cook 3 or 4 delicious and very special appetizers or 1 dessert from different parts of the world (no "lasagna that I know how to make very well because it 'taught me the grandmother Emilia of my deskmate in high school" ). You will cook for about 30 minutes, take a break to give us a chance to arrange the kitchen for the other recipes and return to the kitchen for another 30 minutes. The last hour will be devoted entirely to tasting the culinary wonders just made, sprinkled with 1 glass of good wine OR 1 special cocktail by Chef and the City. You learn, you chat, you know, you feel good, you have fun in a relaxed environment.
The experience takes place in the professional cooking workshop CHEF AND THE CITY, located on the street in Via L. Ciceri Visconti No. 4, has three large windows and bright red signs. As soon as you reach the location, please ring the bell on the central window, so you can enter.
