Join us for a fun day of paddling and hiking on the beautiful Rio Grande through Big Bend National Park! The Rio Grande through Hot Springs Canyon makes for a fun and active way to see and learn about the region and make the most of your visit to Big Bend. Guests can expect professional guides, riverside lunch, a visit to the famous langford hot springs, and local interpretation and information.
Most trips are done in Canoes and Kayaks and you will have the ability to paddle your own boat while on this experience. While river levels are low most of the sections may be paddled, but all guests should expect to get out and pull over shoals from time to time.
t local guide and a delicious riverside lunch included. Please note that if you do not already have a park pass that the entrance is not covered by our ticket price. The shortest a pass is valid for one week and once you have your pass we encourage you to take advantage of visiting the park as many times as possible during your stay. Please bring your pass with you on the day of the trip (it is usually taped to vehicle window).
If meeting in Terlingua at 8am we will drive you to and from our office in Terlingua. If meeting in Natl. Park at 9:30am we will meet you at the Rio Grande Village store and you will join our trip at that point.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
