Your guide will meet you at your hotel to begin the visit (please wait for your guide in your hotel lobby). They will arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time. The journey from your hotel to the museum will be by taxi and is included within the total duration of the tour (included in the 4 hours). The transfer will be made by taxi, and the cost is included in the visit.

Madrid is a capital city with traffic, so we apologize in advance for any potential delays due to congestion. If your hotel is close to one of the museums, the journey will be done on foot, as taking a taxi for very short distances is unnecessary and may waste time. If you have any mobility issues, please let us know in advance.
