Discover the religious city: Nashik with wine tasting tour

During the exile of lord Ram, Shurpnakha (sister of devil Ravan) tried to seduce Ram. Angered, Ram ordered Lakshman to cut off Shurpnakha´s nose. This temple is the place where it happened.

This temple is an alarm at the time of flood or in monsoon time because it has 20 tons of weight bell which get rings by the force of the water only. Local says, you can hear that noise in 15 KM radius. This is a great example of architectural style called Maya.

It is most important shrine in the city. The temple was found by Mr. Odhekar and was built around 1788. He had a dream that statue of Ram in black color was in Godavari river so he found it in real and built the temple.

This place has got a lovely view beside the Gangapur dam. So one can enjoy the wine with cool breeze along with beautiful view.
