Pass by Paderne's local farms and orange fields, stop to see the castle, and visit a café. Your buggy expedition starts at the tour headquarters in Albufeira, where you’ll gear up on buggy, if riding in a pair, you’ll have the option to switch drivers in between the journey. For optimal safety during our adventure, you’ll ride alongside a licensed guide and all drivers must be adults with driver's license. Taking off from the headquarters, enjoy a safe, low-speed ride along streets and some dirt tracks where only off-road vehicles can go. Arrive at the Castle of Paderne and snap photos of 360-degree views (The stop at the castle is to explore it from the outside, walking along its walls and seeing the views.). As you explore, learn about the region’s history from your guide. From there, continue to high hilltops to take breath-taking pictures. After descending back down, visit the village of Paderne to enjoy a short break at a characteristic café to try a local pastry (costs not included). At the end of the tour, drive back to the headquarters in Albufeira.
Arrive 45 minutes before the tour starts. Check-in closes 15 minutes before the tour begins. If you arrive late, you can rebook for the next available session (50% cost). Bring PHYSICAL driver’s licenses (no learners/provisionals/photos/copies/apps). Bring 150€ cash or card deposit for EACH buggy.
