5-Day Amazon Jungle Survival Training from Iquitos, Amazon River

• Leave Iquitos at 7:30 am and arrive in Nauta by 9:30 am. • Motorboat from Nauta to village (3 hr). • Proper use of a machete. • Overnight accommodation is in typical village house.

• Motorboat to a designated area to begin the challenge. • Awareness of the area. • Build shelters. • Navigate by using natural signs. • Techniques to find food and water. • Make a campfire. • Improvise fishing techniques • Identify and use flora for survival purposes. • Techniques for floating on rivers and lakes. • Build individual flotation devices to float down river. • Overnight in the jungle. • During this time, you will eat what you have collected.
