a perfect escape from the bustle of Florence. You'll start by following Niccolo', an expert truffle hunter and his trained dogs (Lagotto Romagnolo) through the forest in search of fresh truffles. Then, take part in a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to make traditional fresh pasta and a classic Italian tiramisu with an Expert Italian Chef. After the class, sit down to enjoy a 4-course lunch featuring the truffles you found, paired with local Tuscan wines.
