Getting started
You’ll find The Beatles Story at the Royal Albert Dock. Just show your ticket at the entrance, pick up your audio guide, and head in. There’s no fixed route or timing, so you can take it at your own pace. Most people spend about an hour and a half here.
What to expect
The whole place is laid out like a timeline, so it naturally walks you through different phases of The Beatles’ journey without feeling confusing or overwhelming.

• Recreated career defining locations: You’ll walk through spaces modeled after places like The Cavern Club and Abbey Road Studios, with lighting and details that make them feel surprisingly real.
• Original Beatles memorabilia: Along the way, you’ll spot real items like John Lennon’s piano and George Harrison’s early guitar, placed in simple displays that let you get a close look.
• Multilingual audio guide: The audio guide is offered in 12 different languages and it quietly fills in the gaps, explaining what you’re looking at and adding stories that make each section feel more connected and meaningful.
• Discovery Zone: There’s a separate area that feels lighter and more hands on, where kids can sit down, draw, and interact with The Beatles story in a more playful way.
• Fab4 Café and Store: Toward the end, you can sit down for a quick break or browse through shelves of Beatles themed merchandise if you feel like taking something home.
• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
