You will have a few stops along the way to take photographs. Arrive at Samburu Game Reserve at 1300hrs in time for lunch at your lodge. At around 1500hrs in the afternoon, proceed on your first game drive, exploring the rugged landscape and scouting for the distinctive wildlife that call this place home.

Start at 0600hrs to 0900hrs for the early sunrise game drive. Return to camp for breakfast and refresh. Relax in the lodge and rest before lunch. Have lunch and start your afternoon sunset game drive at 1500hrs. You'll explore and enjoy Samburu with its sparse vegetation, spotting animals against the arid backdrop is an easier task, making your game viewing experience all the more rewarding. Look out for the Special Five - the Beisa oryx, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, Grevy's zebra, and gerenuk. Back at the lodge, enjoy the stunning vistas, possibly spotting wildlife from the comfort of your room.
