The course consists of 3 parts.
In the first there will be an introduction to the methods of producing bubbles from the classic method to the Martinotti method. In addition to some historical notes, there will be a moment on how to open with the saber.
In the second part we will take action! That is, opening the bottle with the saber
In the third part we will toast and taste the open bottle with some Savoyard whim and the Knight Saber Certificate will be awarded
It will then be possible to continue the evening with our à la carte proposals.
An aperitif different from the usual, where the gesture of saber-rattling becomes a symbol of elegance and conviviality. Those who participate receive the certificate of “Cavalier Sciabolatore”, an original souvenir to take with you.
