Get ready to immerse yourself in the history of each of the best known dishes of our wonderful Peru. First we choose which dishes we want to cook, an entrance and a main course. Ready to go: Choose your space, put on your kitchen apron and start with the instructions Choose your ingredients: We start preparing the ingredients of the first course, we will hear a little history of the chosen dish We talk about the Peruvian chicha: Our purple corn drink, as prepared The Peruvian court: we will fry our court or corn in the traditional way We assemble our entrance and decorate it to our liking We choose ingredients for the main course and start preparing it as directed We will explain the different fruits we have to try today, from different areas of the country We finish cooking the main course and store the boards and knives To finish each one prepares our delicious Piscosour, (for over 21 years old) the history of our flag liquor and as we prepare it, you have to taste it.
