Your pick up details will be sent by email/WhatsApp at latest 1 day before the excursion. Meeting points in walking distance might be assigned. No pick ups available from private accommodations including holiday villas. Please contact our emergency line for confirming your pick up (especially for late bookings the day before the cruise).
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
