Food Experience at our Farm in Noto Hills

Here, guests are welcomed to Three Farms Island, a regenerative farm located within a protected natural area, surrounded by carob, almond, and olive trees, where food is shaped by seasonality and the land itself. Upon arrival, we will walk around the farm, exploring gardens and cultivated areas, while introducing our ingredients-first philosophy. All ingredients come directly from our own gardens or from small neighboring farms we work closely with. Depending on the season, we may gather vegetables, wild herbs, asparagus, or olives before sitting down to enjoy a complete farm-to-table meal, largely plant-based, simple, and rooted in traditional Sicilian cuisine. The meal is shared around the table in an intimate and convivial atmosphere. During lunch we will taste our cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, wines produced by the farm such as Nero d’Avola or white, and finish with homemade limoncello.
