Begin your visit by presenting your ticket at the entrance of Gardens by the Bay. Standard security checks may apply at certain attractions. Lounge access is redeemed inside Changi Airport Terminal 2, where your ticket is validated at the lounge reception. Many travelers visit the gardens first before returning to the airport to relax before departure.

What to expect
After returning to Changi Airport, head to Terminal 2 and check in at the Ambassador Transit Lounge reception. Once inside, you can relax, dine, or freshen up before boarding.
