Relax in our rustic tasting rooms as a knowledgeable host guides you through four seasonal Gin Bothy gin and liqueur serves (2.5cl each), perfectly paired with premium mixers, ice and garnish. Learn the story behind our award-winning handcrafted spirits and our unique "Jam to Dram" journey. Our seasonal tasting menu changes throughout the year, so every visit offers new flavours to discover. After your tasting explore our exhibition rooms to learn more about Gin Bothy and Scotland's bothy culture, then browse the Bothy Larder Shop for our full range of spirits, Jam Bothy preserves and locally sourced Scottish produce. Drivers and non-drinkers are welcome, with soft drink alternatives and a 5cl Gin Bothy bottle to take home or gift. Tastings are for guests aged 18 years or older. Hosted tasting lasts approximately 60 minutes, with a further 30 minutes to allow guests to relax and finish any food or drinks. Tastings are hosted in a social setting, and guests may be seated with other visitors. Assistance dogs are welcome.
