In the narrow territory of the village, which has always been devoted to viticulture and more generally to cultivation, one of the world's smallest Appellations of Controlled Origin has been created: the Villamagna Doc. Our philosophy stems from tradition, which has handed down to us the cultivation of roses in vineyards as a practice used since ancient times. The rose, an extremely sensitive plant, placed at the beginning of the rows, controls the health of the vine and helps the winemaker to monitor and protect the vineyard, detecting any pathologies and facilitating rapid intervention. The typicality of our production lies in the craftsmanship of each step. In fact, each bottle is individually numbered and prepared by hand until the dried rose is placed. You will visit the vineyards and olive groves and then return to the winery to the tasting of 3 Labels accompanied of the tasting of our oil with homemade bread

As well as being an official Tour Leader recognised by the Abruzzo Region, I found Experience BellaVita, a company that promotes sustainable tourism experiences in the less touristic areas of Italy, in Abruzzo. Esperienza di cucina nel cuore d'Abruzzo : impara a fare La polenta Rognosa
Imparerai a creare questo piatto di polenta e scoprire come trasformare metodi tradizionali di calderone di rame in cucine moderne creando al contempo una serie di cibi locali autentici e salutari che soddisferanno sia i carnivori che i vegetariani, fornendo una serie di opportunità per coloro che amano prendere un po 'di fotografia del cibo. Avrai giá capito che la nostra è una cicina tipica di territorio. Ci troviamo nel bel mezzo di un cortile gentilizio nel cuore del paese, all'interno del locale è ancora presente una antichissimo torchio a leva del 1600. La Polenta di Pettorano unica nel panorama abruzzese, per la farina di mais che utilizziamo e la lavorazione artigianale come si faceva una volta; mescolata un'ora e mezza nel paiolo di rame con il palo di legno, consistenza solida e non liquida viene tagliata a fette da un sottilissimo filo con goloso condimento in bianco detto "Rognoso" a base di formaggio pecorino e pancetta soffritta.
