Il livello di difficoltà di questa salita è difficile. Devi essere in buone condizioni fisiche. Sarete accompagnati da una guida alpina locale esperta. In termini di sensazioni, la salita può essere una sfida per alcuni. Ma sappiate che in cima vi aspetta una grande ricompensa: totale tranquillità e una vista panoramica spettacolare. 6. Escursione al cratere di Little Pico 2014, sul vulcano di FOGO
Questa escursione, nel cratere di Chã das Caldeiras, permette di salire fino al piccolo cratere formato dall'eruzione vulcanica del 2014. È il cratere più giovane dell'isola: il piccolo Pico. In questo paesaggio lunare, la vegetazione (piante endemiche e viti) riesce a crescere qua e là. Che paesaggio colorato e contrastante! Un'altra visione più triste è l'osservazione della distruzione causata dalle colate laviche respinte da questo piccolo cratere. Gli abitanti del villaggio mostrano coraggio e tornano dopo aver lasciato le loro case sepolte. In qualche modo, ricostruiscono le loro vite vicino al vulcano, per il quale hanno un grande rispetto. Questa escursione offre un festival dei sensi. Visiva, olfattiva (odore di zolfo), un silenzio quasi sfiorato dal soffio del vento. E infine questo contatto con questo suolo di rocce e lava: tutto è lì per vivere un'emozionante esperienza "vulcanica". IMPORTANTE: Minimo partecipanti: 2 persone
